We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, being right by the Dantercepies gondola. We didn't have to walk more than 30mtrs to get to the two main gondolas. It was so convenient for skiing!
Nothing to complain about at all.

As an experienced skier, I know the region very well, but I must admit honestly that I have never been to such a nice hotel (this is not an exaggerration). To characterise it shortly, I would say this hotel provides outstandingly high quality at all fields of requirements.

Comfortable beds and size of room and reasonable view from balcony.attentive cleaning and make up room service. Cheerful waitress at breakfast.
Food for breakfast and evening meal was not up to its '4 star' rating.Breakfast food had obviously been put out before on previous days and looked like a lack of interest from the kitchen/management in what was being served in terms of quality cooking. Coffee for an italian hotel was bearly drinkable. Obviously the Italian management/family are sitting on their laurels and watching the euros or the lack of it as the hotel never had the week we were there never more than 6 rooms used in 30 bed capacity. Pity as the location is good but the there is definiately an staff/management problems going on.

Great view and excellent location! We had a lovely time during our romantic escapade. the surrounding area was stunning, a perfect getaway. Ski slopes were easily accessible from our hotel which was very convenient. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was also cleaned thoroughly every day, which was a nice touch.
The food selection. Although there was a selection of meals, we were not happy with the quality.

The location of the hotel is perfect for ski enthusiasts, being right on the Dantercepies slope and next to the center. the rooms are spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms. the service provided by Claudio, Christina, and their family is top-notch, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, including delicious breads, yogurts, and juices. the hotel also has excellent facilities such as a well-equipped ski room with heated rails and a lift that takes you directly to your room.
Some guests mentioned feeling rushed out of the dining room during dinner service.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is absolutely perfect for ski enthusiasts like myself, as it is conveniently situated on the piste. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. I was particularly impressed with the extensive range of amenities offered, including room service, laundry facilities, and even an airport shuttle service. The hotel also provides ski equipment hire, making it incredibly convenient for those who don't want to lug their own gear.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

What an amazing weekend we had! The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. The location was perfect, very close to the ski lift and away from any noise. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a delicious buffet of vegetables. We loved the fact that it was dog-friendly, as we brought our furry friend along. The spa area was a great way to unwind after a long day on the slopes. We also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to assist.
The dinner menu was not very varied, and some of the options were not great, but we found something to our liking. The service was a bit slow at times, but we were in no rush and enjoyed a leisurely meal.
